Self Serve Meal Plan

By using the Self Serve Meal Plan, you have the freedom to use the automated calculations the system provides to quickly pick one of more than 1100 meal plans. You can filter the plans to fit preferences and modify them if needed. 

 

The Self Serve Meal Plan is ideal for people who already have an understanding of good nutritional practices and want to have a tool to help them further refine their approach. 

 

Meal plan selection is quick and easy. Once your basic profile information is entered, the system will calculate need based on your goal and provide an exhaustive list of available meal plans. You select the meal plan you want and follow it. The following video provides more details about how you select your meal plan.

While you can follow the meal plan without tracking, the system also allows you to log food against the plan. Doing so helps ensure you stay on track and provides a higher level of accountability. The following video provides more details about how you log.

Added to this is the ability to message us at any time with questions or thoughts. During the entire process, you have 24-7 access to us via messages. We generally respond within a few hours but will respond in no more than 24 hours.

The plan is recurring until canceled. You can cancel at any time.
