In the past several newsletters and blogs we talked about topics such as how to control eating at holiday events, did you succeed in 2017, and setting plans to be successful in 2018. So now we want to talk about Enjoying the New Year while staying fit. Simply put, enjoy the New Year. Eat, drink, and have fun. Don't get in trouble, of course, but everyone can let loose and have fun sometimes. The New Year is one of the best times to do that. The New Year is only a few days away, so make sure to eat right, exercise, and finish out your plan for 2017 in a successful way. Then, go enjoy bringing in the New Year. That's all we have.
